Client Responsibilities

Payments & Fees

Sachin Associate may coordinate with property owners, developers, banks or financial institutions, and legal or documentation service providers. We are not liable for actions, delays, or decisions taken by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Sachin Associate shall not be liable for financial losses, legal disputes, property defects, documentation errors by third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time without prior notice if false information is provided, terms are violated, or unethical or unlawful activity is suspected.
